This is essentially a less-expensive and compact version of Atmos Ninja, but still able to record footage with color accuracy of 4:2:2 and 10 bit color resolution.

The Atomos Ninja Assassin features a 7-inch screen with a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels, with the highest pixel density of 325ppi. The important features for video recording, the device is able to provide uncompressed true video output, unrestricted recording time, anamorphic lens, edit video files, maximizing video image quality and many more other features such as custom time lapse, focus peaking and 1:1/2:1 zoom. Compared with the original Atomos Ninja, Ninja Assassin shortened the connection ports such as 12G / 6G / 3G-SDI, RAW video recording capability, video converters, Genlock and XLR audio signals. In the result of that we have a very Compact sized and 10% to 35% lighter video recorder than its predecessor.
