Along with the Zenfone Max Pro M2, the Asus Zenfone Max M2 has been officially launched in India. It is mid-budget device comes with a 6.3-inch 19:9 notch display, 3GB RAM, Dual Rear Cameras and fingerprint sensor from the Asus being launched today.
Asus Zenfone Max M2 Price in India and Availability
The Asus Zenfone Pro M2 price in India has been set at Rs. 9,999 for the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage model, and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage costs Rs. 11,999. It will be available exclusively from Flipkart.com from December 20, 2018. The handset comes in Black, Blue, and Gold color options.
Asus Zenfone Max M2 Specifications
The Asus Zenfone Max M2 features a 6.3-inch 2.5D curved glass notch display with HD+ (1520 × 720 pixels) resolution, and 19:9 aspect ratio. It has a metal back with plastic finish on the top and the bottom. It is powered by a 1.8 GHz octa-core processor which supported by Snapdragon 632 14nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 506 GPU and 3GB/4GB of LPDDR3 RAM. It packs a 32GB/64GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 2TB.
On the camera front, the Zenfone Max M2 flaunts a 12-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, EIS, f/1.8 aperture, along with a 2-megapixel secondary camera for capturing depth information in portrait shots. For selfie, there is an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash.
The Asus Zenfone Max M2 also has a fingerprint sensor on the back and comes with dedicated dual SIM and microSD slots. The handset runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based on ZenUI out of the box. It packs a 4000mAh battery and for connectivity includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.2, and 3.5mm audio jack with NXP Smart Amp. The device measures 158.41×76.28×7.70mm and weigh 160 grams.
