Asus introduced the mid-range smartphone products in its Zenfone 5 series, called Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG – 2B509WWE at online web stores in only Rupees 7,999. This one is maybe a good surprise for the Asus users.
Design of Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG – 2B509WWE is similar to previous Zenfone 5 A501CG. Asus provides this new version with Intel Atom Z2520 dual-core processor with 1.2GHz speed Intel Hyper Threading Technology. When we talk about the previous model Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG India, which is coming with an Intel Atom Z2560 chip with 1.6GHz dual-core processor.
The Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG – 2B509WWE own 5 inch HD display with an IPS screen technology and a resolution 720×1280 pixels. The display quality of this phone is pretty good, sharp colors, and relatively wide viewing angle.
One of the highlights of this phone is coming with ZenUI interface developed by Asus but the OS platform is still used Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. The ZenUI interface has been simplified from the original interface of Android 4.3 and works good in this new version of Zenfone 5.

This Asus Zenfone 5 enabled with a 2 GB of RAM, which is quite enough for common tasks and best in this price segment. The battery capacity of 2110 mAh, inadequate compared to the configuration of the device.
The Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG – 2B509WWE with 8 megapixel rear camera and front camera of 2 megapixel to click quality photos at an acceptable level. It has a 8 GB of Internal storage which is also expandable up to 64GB same as Zenfone 5 A501CG.
With Rs. 7,999 in the Indian market, cannot be denied that Asus every effort to create an attractive product as possible. The Zenfone 5 is designed not so beautiful, but quite pleasant, configuration outperformed other products. Asus wants to hit in the Indian market with this Zenfone 5, can be competing with Micromax Yureka which is available at Rs. 8,999.
