Asus has started the distribution of the new Android 8.0 Oreo update for the ZenFone 3 Deluxe (ZS550KL). The announcement came directly from the official forum of Asus in which the same Taiwanese company has published all the information related to the new firmware V80.20.96.89.
Thanks to this latest update, Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe has received the latest Android 8.0 Oreo version which includes the removal of some apps and the introduction of all the features of the Android Oreo release as dots notification system, redesigned UI system, integrated multi-windows system, new animations and more.
Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe Android Oreo update changelog:
1. Upgrade to Android O.
2. Remove third party App: Trip Advisor, Puffin Browser, and Kindle.
3. Remove Do It Later, Mini Movie, Quick Memo, PhotoCollage.
4. Move FM Radio function to quick setting.
5. After OS upgrade, in order to enter “All Apps” menu, use “swiping up” gesture to do so. Original “All Apps Icon” can be moved or changed.
As for the updates, also, in this case, the update will be gradually distributed in all compatible devices over the next few weeks.
