Asus Pegasus 5000 smartphone has been launched in China, it is the latest device with powerful 4850mAh battery life and comes with 4G LTE support. The Asus Pegasus 5000 price is CNY 1,299 – approximately $198 for 2GB RAM and CNY 1,799 – approximately $273 for 3GB of RAM variant. It is available in Gold, Blue and Black color variants and will be available from China Telecom.
The Pegasus 5000 features a 5.5-inch IPS display with Full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution that can rated to deliver a pixel density of 401ppi. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz Octa-core processor that’s supported by the Mediatek MT6753 chipset. It has two RAM options such as 2GB/3GB and comes with 16GB of internal memory which can also be expanded via microSD card.

The Pegasus 5000 comes with a 13-megapixel primary camera on the back with f/2.0 aperture, Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF) and LED flash. The rear camera also features ultra-clear mode to click a microscopic level quality 50 million pixels. It is worth mentioning is that there is a built-in phase monitoring sensor allows the lens to quick and accurate adjustments.
On the front, there is a 5 megapixel front-facing camera for wide selfies and video chatting. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box and packs a 4850mAh battery under the hood.

This Asus Pegasus Phone supports Dual SIM 4G LTE network and comes with ASUS exclusive “provincial thing 2.0” Smart Desktop. On connectivity front, apart from 4G includes 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and 3.5 mm audio jack as connectivity options.
The company last year launched the Asus Pegasus 2 Plus smartphone features 5.5-inch Full-HD display; Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor; 3GB of RAM; 13-megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front-facing camera; and a 3,030mAh battery; and it runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system.
