Apple announced the Beats Solo Pro – the Beats by Dre Solo Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones for the first time, which comes with up to 22 hours of battery and voice capability to control iOS devices.
Many innovations introduced by the Cupertino company on this new model: the new Beats Solo wireless headphones have integrated the H1 chip, the processor designed by Apple and already included in the Powerbeats Pro (review) and Apple Airpods 2 (review) which further improves the audio quality and provides support for calling Siri using the “Hey Siri” voice command.
The noise cancelling technology included in the headphones – Apple says – uses advanced algorithms that constantly monitor and adapt to the surrounding environment. Furthermore, once the “Transparency” mode is activated, the headphones will use two integrated microphones to provide users with the possibility of being careful about what is happening around them or simply talking to their friends without necessarily having to interrupt the music playback. The management between the various modes can be done through a special button inserted in the left earcup.
The Beats Solo Pro is compatible with the “Audio Sharing” feature of iOS 13 and has a button inserted in the left earcup that allows you to switch between one mode and another. On the battery side, Apple says that the new Beats by Dre solo wireless noise cancelling headphones can guarantee up to 22 hours of audio playback with active noise cancellation and active Transparency mode (40 hours by deactivating both).
The beats audio headphones also support Fast Fuel technology which offers up to three hours of playback with a 10-minute charge via a lightning cable provided in the package.
