Alcatel launched its OneTouch Pop 7 LTE Tablet with 4G Connectivity at $179 variant in US. The tablet however, is now available to buy at a significant discount from the Amazon online store. Amazon is offering a discount of $106 on the Alcatel Pop 7 LTE Unlocked variant.
It is worth mentioning that there are only 5 devices left, or discount being offered on the tablet is time-bound, Amazon haven’t specified the duration of the offer. If price was a deal breaker for you at the time of the launch of the tablet, this might be your chance to get it.
Alcatel Pop 7 LTE flaunts a large 7.0-inch IPS display with WSVGA resolution of 1024×600 pixels that can convey a decent pixel density of 169ppi that provides a wide viewing angle along with a more visibility for reading, watching movies and playing games. The tablet is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor that’s backed by Mediatek MT8312 chipset and clubbed with Mali-400 GPU. It packs in 1GB of RAM and 4GB of native storage that can be further expanded up to 32GB with the help of microSD card.
On imaginary feature, Alcatel OneTouch Pop 7 LTE bears a 2.0-megapixel primary rear camera can record 720p videos and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie and video calling. It has a full plastic body has a thickness of 8.9 mm and weighs around 285 grams.
The Alcatel Pop 7 LTE runs older Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS and packs in a 3240mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 300 hours of standby time. It comes with single SIM, 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB 2.0 and 3.5 mm audio jack as connectivity options.
Apart from Alcatel One Touch Tablet, last february at MWC 2016 Alcatel has announced three new mid-range smartphones named Alcatel Pop 4, Pop 4 Plus and Pop Plus. All three Alcatel smartphones focused on style and fashion elements, using plastic housing and have a lot of color options to choose. All feature 4G LTE connectivity, with front LED flashlights and pre-installed Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
