Acer Holo 360 Camera with Display, LTE and Android Unveiled

During the Next@Acer event, which was held yesterday in New York, Acer has introduced many products mainly belonging to the computer world. But the company also unveiled a new a 360-degree camera called Acer Holo 360, which comes with two 180 degree spherical lenses.

The Acer Holo 360 features a quite large display, which we presume its touchscreen and also integrates LTE functionality that allows you to make phone calls and operate independently, without using a smartphone or other device. It runs on Android with the ability to essentially work a smartphone if the user desires. It is the first camera in the world with this kind of specifications, if exploited properly, could be really interesting and comfortable.

Inside there is also a Wi-Fi chip and, as stated, the Holo 360 turns out to be based on the Android operating system. In addition, it should provide the ability to share videos and photos taken through the major social networks like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and more.

Unfortunately, Acer did not disclose other details about this interesting product, but, according to known sources, we can speculate that it is an innovative hybrid design, still in a stage of development, combining the 360-degree camera photography with the portability and power of Android smartphone.
